Admissions Process

Inquire about our school by clicking on the Contact Tab in the main menu above to provide basic information and request a Meet and Greet with our team.

Come visit us! After you inquire, we will reach out to schedule a Meet and Greet (M&G) with our team. During your M&G, you will meet our team, learn about our approach to the Montessori Method, explore our facility, and gain a clear understanding of our mission. We understand that our school is not a good fit for every child’s need. We hope that you will examine our method, mission, and goal to ensure they align with your family’s values. We will give you an informational folder containing additional information and direction on how to apply through the Procare app.

Submit an application through the Procare app! After your M&G, we will invite you to submit an application. There is an application fee of $75 collected before the application is submitted. Upon receiving your completed application and fee (one per child, please), we will add your child to our wait pool. A spot could become available anytime during the year as we have rolling admissions.

Tuition Rates
2025/2026 Tuition Rate $16,000 for the 10-month academic school year.
Monthly Tuition Rate for 2025/2026: $1,600
Summer Program rates will be determined annually.
Tuition is contracted on an annual amount for the 2025/2026 School Year.
School days are indicated on the 2025/2026 Calendar.
Fees and Other Information
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $75 per child is due at the time the application is submitted.
Enrollment Fee:
When a spot is offered and your family decides to accept a space at MWM, we require a $300 non-refundable enrollment fee with acceptance. (Or families enrolling multiple student will require a enrollment fee $300 for the first child + $200 per additional child).
Annual Registration Fee:
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $250 will secure your child’s spot for the following academic calendar year,
due in August of the previous academic calendar year.
Sibling Enrollment:
For families enrolling more than one child, there is a discount of 5%.
Military Salutation:
Enrolling Military families will receive a discount of 5%
*Cannot be combined with any other discount or subsidy.
Mountain Willow reserves the right to modify discounts to meet the needs of the school community.
